Paneer peas masala:
Ingredients:

Paneer - 200 gm

Peas - 100 gm

Capsicum - 2

Onion - 2

Tomato - 2

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp

Chili powder - 2 tsp

Garam masala - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder - ½ tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Method:
Finely chop onion and tomato.
Cut paneer into small cubes.
Cut capsicum into small sizes.
Keep kadai in medium flame and pour oil.
Add mustard seeds and wait till they splutter.
Then add tomato, onion, capsicum and fry them well till onion light brown.
Then add garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, urud dal powder.
Add little water.
Fry them well till oil separates from oil.
Then add peas and add 100 ml water.
Cook them for 3 minutes.
Remove the vessel from flame.
Finally add paneer and mix them well.
Hot paneer peas masala is ready.
